Alysa grew up in a family of artistic people, which sent her career path in the direction of art. She has a degree in graphic design/illustration. With over 19 years experience in the graphic arts field she has been very successful in running her own graphic design business. Some of her favorite customer requests include the design of websites for both personal and business use, designing business logos, creating colorful newsletters and advertising brochures, painting custom wall murals, and oil painting on old saw blades.
Alysa also enjoys living a healthy lifestyle which includes a high interest in nutrition, natural foods, and pure, safe cosmetics. This interest has led her into a second career as a consultant with Arbonne International to help people live healthier lives. Check out her websites above.
She also enjoys fishing, bowling, biking, walking, wine tasting and visiting with Mickey Mouse and friends as often as possible at Disney World where she gets creative ideas for future projects.
Art Attack Volunteer of the Year Award
Alysa Radtke was honored during Volunteer's week on April 23, 07 as Volunteer of the Year for the Art Attack. She has been a board member for two years and has sat on several committees during this time. She has helped with the silent auction for the last two years during the annual Art Show and Wine Tasting Fundraiser. Originally, Alysa came to the Art Attack interested in being with other artists and signed up for the Creative Team. However, Director Susan Edwards quickly found that Alysa had her own graphic design studio, Parrothead Studios, where she specializes in web site designs and she put her to work. Alysa completely revamped the web site into its current design and tirelessly works to keep it up to date. I choose Alysa because she is always willing to help, does the job immediately, and does it very well. I also thought of the amount of hours she has put into the web site and knew she needed to be honored for her tireless hours, said Susan.
