Knit Lite - scarf

Workshop includes materials. Just the basics - Casting on, Knitting, Binding off. Includes needles and materials for practice and to make an warn & fun eyelash scarf.

Knit a Bulky Hat

Learn to knit in the round with this fast and fun hat. Workshop includes materials (choice of colors). Need size 13 dpns.

Into to Fair Isle Knitting

Learn how to work with two colors at once using the fair isle technique. Will also teach knitting in the round. We'll also talk about using fair isle to make a Big Sven sweater. Workshop includes materials. Need size 8 16" circular needles.

Watercolor Painting with Connie Glowacki

Favorite Pet – bring a photo of your favorite pet and learn how to use charcoals to bring the image alive. Class is for Moderate Beginners to Advanced.

Kids Drawing

Aimed at teaching younger children the basics in drawing, different techniques will be introduced as well as beginning concepts in shading, contour line and value. This is a great starting block for newly interested artist or good for sharpening skills for those with a good base started.

Students will learn an appreciation for master artists like Picasso and Monet, as well as experience hands on learning with media like watercolor, oil pastels, and modeling clay. A great beginner’s class for the aspiring artist. Each session is unique, so sign up for one or more!

What do kids want to do most…..you got it. Make sure your child wears old clothing to each class as they will become messy with goopy, gushy, goey, slippery and sloppy art explorations. The idea is the process not the product. This is an unbelievable fun class.
